Globalisation, a shortage of skilled workers, digital transformation, security measures for individuals and businesses (e.g. cyber security), public and (social) media perceptions, and the political conditions in Germany, Europe and the world are just a few of the challenges that family businesses have to face. The Foundation for Family Businesses and Politics is the contact partner in political circles for policy, legal and tax questions of relevance to family enterprises as well as being a service provider to family businesses themselves.
