"We need measures by fall to stabilize non-wage labor costs," emphasized Professor Rainer Kirchdörfer, board member of The Foundation for Family Businesses and Politics, in his welcoming address. "Social security contributions now stand at 42 percent, and further cost increases are looming. We are running out of time."
