60 Percent of Large Family Businesses Oppose Flat Tax on Inheritance
For 43 percent of all family businesses, the transfer of company shares to successors is due within the next three years. More than 60 percent of family businesses expect significant burdens from the inheritance tax when transferring ownership to the next generation. This is the result of a representative survey of 851 companies conducted by the ifo Institute on behalf of the Foundation for Family Businesses.
