HeA "Type of Protectionism": Posting of Workers Often More Complicated Than Necessary

A study by The Foundation for Family Businesses demonstrates: The regulation on the posting of workers in the EU is bureaucratic madness. To comply with it, various information, documents, proof of earnings, certificates, and even addresses of contact persons must be provided. These differ from country to country – additionally complicated by many exception rules. Furthermore, countries have different requirements regarding the language in which documents must be submitted. This urgently needs to be simplified!
