Germany's major family-owned businesses are calling on policymakers to avert a recession with a deregulation package. While the federal government's crisis management is important, crisis response alone is not sufficient, said Prof. Rainer Kirchdörfer, Executive Board Member of The Foundation for Family Businesses and Politics, at the opening of the Day of the German Family Businesses (June 30 to July 2) in Berlin.
