Sustainability Reporting

Further growth of Brussels bureaucracy: The EU Commission will adopt the first European standards for sustainability reporting. To this end, the EU Commission presented a draft delegated regulation on June 9, 2023. The massive scope and wealth of information in the proposed standards pose immense challenges for family businesses. Significant reductions and concentration on a few clear standards are necessary. The Foundation for Family Businesses and Politics has made this clear in a statement to the EU Commission.
